Plano Real Estate Bubble?

Was there ever a bubble in the Plano real estate market?  For a long time now we have been hearing about a real estate bubble and the burst of that bubble. This bubble bursting theory in reaction to the substantial increases in real estate values in many areas around the county, has recently grown into almost full-blown “the sky is falling” paranoia, largely fed by the media. This thought of the “bursting” of the so-called“ real estate bubble” seems to be based on nothing more than the collective fear that real estate values throughout the country  may, at any moment, fall off the cliff, so to speak. However, there seems to be no rationale or fact based reasoning that supports this fear; just that prices are too high and can’t go any higher.

What is Rent to Own Housing

Blaine and Sandra Cameron have three children between 11 years and 4 years and have moved from six different rental properties in the past eleven years. Blaine opened a new business in summer 2008 and Sandra’s work has been sporadic as she has spent much time at home with her children.  Eight months ago, they began investigating Rent to Own Housing.  Their credit was poor, they could afford $2100 per month, and had saved a downpayment of $3,000. They are currently enjoying their rent to own home in Taradale, NE, Calgary.
